Return Eligibility
Items may be returned within 30 days of purchase, provided they are in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags attached.
Return Process

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear in your account.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items that have been used or damaged
- Items without original packaging or tags
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Items purchased more than 30 days ago
Condition of Returned Items
All returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and labels attached. Items must be free from any damage, stains, odors, or signs of use.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions. If an item is returned in an unacceptable condition, we may send it back to you or charge a restocking fee.
Return Packaging
Please return items in their original packaging whenever possible. If original packaging is not available, please use appropriate packaging to ensure items are protected during transit.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining your shipping receipt until your return is processed.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please return the original item following our return process and place a new order for the desired item.
We will process your return refund separately from your new order. Please note that exchange requests are subject to item availability.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective item or an item that differs from what you ordered, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
Please provide photographs of the defect or incorrect item when contacting us. We will investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Refund Methods
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. If you paid by credit card, the refund will appear on your statement within 5-10 business days after we process your return.
For purchases made with gift cards or store credit, refunds will be issued as store credit. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
International Returns

Sale Items and Promotions
